1. Privacy Notices found in MedCheck website (getmedcheck.com), MedCheck Wellness Android and iOS Applications (found in tablet in MedCheck Kiosk and MedCheck Healthcase) and MedCheck Android and iOS Applications (in App Store and Play Store).
2. Website Terms found in MedCheck website.
3. MedCheck Wellness Applications Terms of Use found in Smartfuture website and MedCheck Wellness Android and iOS Applications.
4. MedCheck Applications Terms of Use found in MedCheck website and MedCheck Android and iOS Applications.
5. MedCheck devices must be used in accordance with the user guide attached to each device. You can also find user guides in MedCheck website.
Any objection or contestation to these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted as a refusal to agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you were to disagree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use any of our Product or Service.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
We keep the right, in any case, to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions, to reflect changes to law, changes to our Products and Services or any event which is deemed sufficient by us to command such revisions. Any new version of Terms and Conditions will not apply retroactively but replace and supersede the previous version of Terms and Conditions. We advise you to frequently consult Terms and Conditions and to save each version.
Entire Agreement
This version of Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and cancels, excludes and replaces any previous conditions in its subject matter.
Force Majeure
Action required by these Terms and Conditions shall be suspended for the duration of Force Majeure Event (strikes, flood, fire, disruption in transport services, raw material supply difficulties, communication interference, etc). Action shall be immediately continued once the cause of the Force Majeure Event ceases.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions and any matters relating to them, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
In the event of any controversy or dispute between us, you shall attempt in good faith and before any judicial action, to resolve the dispute amicably through alternative dispute resolution.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid or unenforceable part or provision will be deemed as unwritten.
